"Although we were not in a hurry to buy a house after moving to Missoula, given the daunting nature of the housing market, a trusted friend recommended that we check in with Aubrey to see what’s what, so we went for it and met her for coffee. Aubrey impressed in every way. First, she made it clear that she wanted us to get the house we wanted, and was happy to support us in that hunt for as long as it took, which put us at ease because we weren’t in a hurry and were looking for a deal. Once we found a house we were really interested in, Aubrey exhibited mastery at crafting offers and reading the seller, which enabled us to make an offer that got the seller’s attention, while leaving us plenty of leeway to dial it back using the home inspection as leverage. If Aubrey had any weaknesses as a realtor, we did not observe them – she is smart, experienced, and a true joy to be around.
